MAANVOGEL (meaning “Moon Bird”) is an intimate performance that developed out of a fascination with the moon and all her different guises. The three musicians are on stage with all the children, while the audience sit in a circle around them. The set is decorated with objects that appeal to the imagination, providing a nest for the ‘moon bird’ who makes its entrance through the language of music.
